Ideontics produces an automated, AI-generated assessment of a business idea. Depending on the package you choose, a defined number of specialist AI agents analyse the idea and the result is delivered as a web page and as a PDF report, which is included in every package.

The assessment is a decision aid. It is not investment advice, not legal advice and not tax advice, and it carries no warranty as to the commercial viability of the idea.

Payment is handled by Stripe. The contract is concluded when you complete the checkout. Generation of the assessment starts immediately after payment is confirmed and typically takes between about 30 seconds and 5 minutes depending on the package.

Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right lapses under Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) once the provider has begun performance, where the consumer has expressly agreed to that immediate start and has acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

Because your assessment is generated immediately after payment, you give exactly that agreement and acknowledgement at checkout. Once the assessment has been delivered, there is therefore no right of withdrawal. Refunds after delivery are excluded unless the service was demonstrably not provided (total technical failure without a replacement delivery).

The authoritative wording of this clause is Section 4 of the German AGB.

All ideas, descriptions and concepts you enter remain your exclusive property. Ideontics acquires no rights to them. You receive a simple, non-transferable, unlimited right to use the assessment produced for you, for both private and commercial purposes.

Your idea is stored encrypted in the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt). The AI analysis runs via the Anthropic API; Anthropic processes the content in the USA under EU standard contractual clauses, does not use it to train AI models, and deletes inputs and outputs within 30 days. Details are in the privacy policy.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer resident in an EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that state remain unaffected.

For users outside the European Union, the provider makes no warranty that the service complies with local law in the user's jurisdiction.
